I got my PET/CT scan done today. All the lovely contrasts and dyes that make me nauseated and feel like I'm wetting my pants. It's soooo freaking cold in that room. I have to layer all my clothes, and make sure nothing has any metal. Which harder than you think. Most sweats have those little metal circles were the strings are. No zippers. My hands have to be above my head for over an hour, so my shoulders cry and my hands go numb. And did I mention it's freezing? My hands were so cold at the end of this thing.
Oncology appointment at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow. And no call from my very friendly nurse tonite telling me not to worry...
